Nemaha County 2021 Fair – Parade

Parade Theme: “Show and Tell Who You Are”

(Easy way to advertise your business, club, organization or church)

Monday, August 16th (Rain date: Tuesday, August 17th)

Parade line up: 4:30-5:45 pm ~ Parade begins at 6:00 pm

The Nemaha County Ag Society will host the parade. Featuring parade floats, bands, show cars, fire trucks, ambulances and more! Bring your lawn chairs, a blanket, or just find a spot along the curb to cop-a-squat – kick back to enjoy the parade!

The parade will end near the Nemaha County Fair Grounds. Join us there for food vendors offering delicious food options, carnival rides, games, live entertainment, 4-H/FFA animals and exhibits.

New structure for the 2021 Parade…

You do NOT need to Pre-Register.


LINEUP: O Street headed South between 19th and 16th or beyond if needed.

Agricultural machinery O Street Headed North between 19th and 20th

Fire and Rescue N Street headed South between 19th and 20th (front of Sheriff Office) Color Guard on South side of Courthouse

Horses N Street headed North between 19th and 20th


PARADE ROUTE: begins at Courthouse Square, proceed down Courthouse Avenue, turning on 15th and K Street, ending at 10th and K Street.


WRITE UP: Please bring short write-up for the parade announcer with the information/advertisement, form located on the nemahacountyfair.org website. or Click HERE

Will need to provide 2 copies of form at parade line up. Ag Society member will pick up form after you are parked.

- For assistance watch for an Ag Society Member driving an ATV.

- Please do not leave your entry unattended parked on the street.

- When lining up for the parade, please pull directly behind the entry in

front of you. Do not leave large gaps, park next to the curb, leaving the

center of the street open.
